Return And Cancellation Policies
At www.organichypermart.in, we strive to give you
the very best shopping experience. In case you want to cancel an order, you
placed, a cancellation request can be entertained for the following reasons: –
Damaged product received:
We take utmost care while packaging the products for you but due to unforeseen
circumstances, if you receive damaged products, we can cancel your order and
issue a refund or replace the product. Please let us know within 24 hours of
receipt and we will take the necessary steps. In case a complaint is registered
with us after 24 hours of receipt of the order, we will not be able to cancel
the order.
Incorrect items received:
We are very particular about our fulfilment process and ensure that the right
order reaches the right person at the scheduled time. However, in case you
receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will arrange
reverse pickup and will get the right product delivered at the earliest. Please
let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will take the necessary steps. In
case a complaint is registered with us after 24 hours of receipt of the order,
we will not be able to cancel the order.
Any other reasons for cancellations or returns
would be handled on a case-to-case basis and we do not guarantee a cancelation
or an issuance of refund.
Cancellations And Refund
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net
banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the
payment was made within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It
may take 2-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate
a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by
you. This process will be completed within 48 business hours of us receiving
the products back and your bank details on email. It will take 2-3 business
days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case of payments using discount vouchers, while
cancelling your order, they won’t be refunded as vouchers are intended for
one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Returns And Refund
In case you have received damaged or incorrect
items, you can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 24 hours of
its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return
request for one or all products in your order.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email

or by sending us a message on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and
your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the
product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will arrange reverse pick up for the
products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement
process only if the products are received in their original packaging with
their seals, labels, and barcodes intact and the same is confirmed by the
brand/seller.
Returns will not be accepted under the following
conditions:
Product is damaged due to neglect, improper usage,
or wrong application.
Returned without original packaging including,
price tags, labels, freebies.
Defective products that are not covered under
Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
Product is used or altered.
If the request is initiated after 24 hours of order
delivery.
Free product provided by the brand/seller.
Any other reasons, like a customer whim of ordering
product by mistake or error, not available at the billing address and
such.
Personal care appliances and intimate hygiene
products are not eligible for return due to hygiene issues.
